I cannot accept secular music replacing sacred on Sundays. "Modern worship" songs are built to be secular intentionally, as we saw with the Passion movement's "Sweep Me Away". As an avocational singer training with an opera soprano, and someone who is learning more of the great masterpieces of the past, the only reason these theologically sound masterpieces are fading from our church is that they want to be secularised they do not want us to hear the truth of God.
